Booking
Our range of rooms is divided by room. It is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. On arrival the rooms are available from 15 clock. On departure the rooms are available until 11 clock.
As a Non smoking you can book with us Non smoking rooms.

Cancellation policies
Please pay attention to our cancellation policies before: The cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days of arrival, two day or less of the room rate are charged for cancellation if we cannot sell the room.
For early booker rooms cancellation or changes are not possible. In case of a cancellation, the full amount will be charged from your credit card.
During fairs we have special cancellation policies:
Free of charge up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival, after this time we’ll charge 100% of the room rate if we cannot sell the room.
For group reservation we charge a deposit (100%).
